Delete Account

How to delete your account and data for games by Orange Games.

In the game

Open Settings → Delete account in the game. Deletion is immediate. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account on our server.

By email

If you have uninstalled the game or cannot find the option, email us with the game name and your nickname or friend code. We will delete your data within 7 days after verifying the request and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account (nickname, friend code, linked sign-in methods) and sign-in sessions
• Saves, leaderboard entries, friends, mail, in-game currency and its history, purchase records, online status

What is kept

Google Play and the App Store keep their own payment records. Advertising data is handled by Google; reset or delete your device's advertising ID. If you open the game again after deletion, it starts with a new guest account.
