Privacy Policy

Orange Games ("we") operates the mobile games. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

• Game account: a random device identifier created by the app on first launch (guest account), nickname, friend code, sign-up and last sign-in time, platform (Android/iOS)
• Linked sign-in (if you choose): your Google, Apple or Google Play Games account identifier and the email address provided by that service
• Game data: progress (saves), leaderboard scores, friends, in-game mail, online status
• Purchase records (if any): store transaction ID, product, price and currency, country. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store; we never receive your payment details
• Advertising: Google AdMob collects advertising identifiers and related data, see section 3
• Automatically: IP address in request logs, for security and abuse prevention

2. How we use it

• To save and sync your progress across devices and provide leaderboards, friends and mail
• To grant rewards for watched ads without duplicates, and to verify purchases and process refunds
• To prevent abuse, answer inquiries and improve the games

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our games are free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA), device and app information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with ads.

• Consent: in regions that require it (EEA, UK, Switzerland and others) Google's consent form appears on first launch. You can change your choice at any time under Privacy options in the game settings.
• iOS tracking: on iOS the IDFA is used only if you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency). Change it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. The following companies process data to provide the service: Google (AdMob ads, Google and Play Games sign-in, Google Play billing) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing). We do not share it with anyone else except when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and game data until you delete your account. When you delete it, your account, game data and purchase records are removed from our servers without undue delay. Google Play and the App Store keep their own payment records under their policies. See Delete Account.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or ask us to stop processing it. You can change your nickname in the game; send other requests to the contact below.

7. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords and sign-in tokens are stored only as one-way hashes, and administrative access is role-restricted and logged.
